Recycling

By Gary at 6:11pm on 25th Nov, 2006

Hopefully by posting under this banner I'll attract the sort of person I'd like to pass this onto.

I have a triple wheelie 7'4 board bag that needs a new home. I'm getting a new one from Santa so this is surplus.
It will easily take four boards without fins, has very useful built in rack straps and has a day bag inside too. It has been well used and shows signs of it but with a little TLC I'm sure someone could get some more use out of it.

Free to a good home. I'm based in Taunton but do spend a fair bit of time in N Devon when there's waves mainly on weekdays. So if you want it it's yours.

Gary.

Right on!

Totally approve - we hadn't thought of using a forum for recycling old gear and passing it on. If any one wants to give away old gear I sure loads of cash strapped grommies will snap it up.

See how this goes but we might introduce a dedicated 'recycle forum' for this sort of thing.

Neighbours

Boardbag now has a new home at Chris' house which it just so happens I run past twice a week and never met the bloke in my life before! Just goes to so the power of t'internet..

Recycling

I would like to go off on a different tangent here and add that Restormel Borough Council are the worst ever when it comes to waste collection and recycling in Cornwall, compared to all the other districts they suck! They never take our rubbish and there seems to be no recycling scheme available. We have to do it all ourselves!
