seems to work for me, though someone else said it wasn't working... reckon i should put a better quality/different file up...this ones mp4 and only about 10 meg (and it loooked so nice before it was lowfied by you tube!). I am officialy technically retarded so suggestions welcome..!

Looks like it was filmed on super 8 or something?or maybe its bloody u tubes compression,i nearly cried when i saw how rubbish mine looked,might as well use a mobile phone!
I suggest trying to play with the file size?i saved a hi res copy then tried to get it to the maximum file size allowed by u tube ona simple program like windows movie maker,because premiere was just too confusting so many save options....
maybe you used a mac i hear they are a lot better.

cheers, glad you liked it...most of the water shots were filmed on super8; but i agree with you that you tube has probably killed it...might have a play with a bigger file size tommora seing it's flat...

And a big thanks to Simon Noble for kindly donating the prize; I reckon I'm gonna get me a nice single fin for those classic reef days. oh, and thanks to mark as well; I was just lucky enough to be there with a camera really...

Oldie but a goody

Just pushed this up to the top to draw attention to Oly Bank's new website ( www.virb.com/899prod ) - he's amateur film maker based in the NE and uses alot of 8mm in his work. He's been editing a full length version (for ages now!) and it looks like it's nearly there. Keep an eye on his site if you live in Yorkshire where he'll let you know of the when and where, as seeing it on the in a cinema setting will be special.
