Fin removal

I've a board in my shop with speed fins. What you have to do is rock the fin backwards an forwards whilst pulling it upwards, push the tip forwards untill you can get a wax comb under the back of the fin, then just knock it back to remove.
To replace fins simply push it straight in, it also says not to lubricate with anything but spit or water, and ensure slots are clean.
Are they really that different to FCS or Future Fins
