Surfcore's page rank on Google is very high which means things posted in the forums come right near the top of searches.

I deleted a post which was slagging off a surf travel company because it couldn't be corroborated. The original poster wouldn't back up his claims with names, places and people or be open about who he was. I also heard from other sources that it was a false accusation.

Negative forum titles which include the name of a company, as this did, can do a lot of damage to the company reputation since it will come high in a Google search.

I don't like to delete anything but in this case it was necessary.
