Hi, i just launched a portal exclusively for sharing surf related videos, i think will be more easy for us to what all videos in one place.

And only videos surf related will be admited, the portal works like youtube, so theres no need to explain how to upload videos.

Oh hell, here we go... first by way of a caveat this post is not intended to be a personal attack on anyone here and I do not wish to cause offence, these are my opions only and everyone is free to make their own but.... please lets not let Lincolnshire win the best video. Allright it may show what the majority of the surfing pop in the UK are upto (God I hope not), and it displays enthusiasm and commitment, but it's shite; the waves are shite, the footage is shite, and the surfings shite. As far as I can figure the competition winner should be the best homemade surf video, this is not it.

Me and Jim are trying to make Surfcore a good resource for UK surfers and we want to add valuable links in the right places, for example we've added a couple of links today that you might like.

On the Croyde and Polzeath forecasts we've added links to live web cams streams, the best we've seen. We've also linked to the Met Office surface pressure charts at the bottom of all the forecasts pages so you can see what those isobars are doing.

This competition has been great, we've had barrels from New Zealand to Scotland and even waves for Linconshire! There are clips that reflect all aspects of surfing from big wave charging to cruising with your mates to your local break - big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to put a video together, 'cause I know that it can take hours.

The Endless Bummer

Finally wrestled this off the computer.The Endless Bummer is every day you checked the charts for a week only to find it was 2 ft onshore and its been so long since you saw a wave you had forgotten how to surf anyway.
Its also when you drive around all day with a bunch of mates trying do decide which break to go to,and end up going in 5 mins. before dark at the one you started out at.

This is a 3 minute surf-clip that ive thrown together, its my friends and I surfing our local breaks and exploring various breaks around Scotland. The qualitys quite poor as i had to reduce it dramatically to allow it to fit in the youtube site.

Living in the east midlands, this is my local break . Dont laugh ;-)! Sometimes it works really well when a deep low throws some swell down the north sea.

Anyway this was what it was like on two recent days, conditions were nothing too special, just about worth the trip.

Well it has been flat so I have had a bit of extra time. After trawling through 6 hours of travel footage (my God we did some amazing stuff (freefall over the Fox Glacier was a good one)) I've managed to piece together this little nugget. I wonder who can guess which clips came from which country.
