Hi, I’m new to the forum and also new to surfing. I tried surfing a few years back but never took it up, however, more recently I have had four lessons, confidence is improving and I’m standing up, though falling off quite a lot.

Mini Malibu weight HELP!!!

Hey all,

I have just bought a new 7ft 8in fibreglass Mini Mal and am travelling back to the UK this weekend to pick it up. I'm planning a trip to france in a couple of weeks but have to book before Friday and the airline need an exact weight in order to add the board as excess baggage on my reservation. Very frustrating as they allow up to 32kg for the additional sports equipment charge but still need an exact weight!
